Kelsey has worked in retail and customer service for almost a decade. Prior to joining the Dito team in April 2023, Kelsey worked as a Store Manager at a national clothing retailer. She brings with her great organisation and problem solving skills which help her to support the teams across both offices with all things administration.

Kelsey is often the first voice you hear when you pick up the phone. She enjoys making connections with our clients and takes the role of customer service seriously. Bringing extensive experience to the team she aims to assist clients needs as best she can in a timely and friendly manner.

Kelsey grew up in Nuriootpa and still lives there with her husband and two cats. When she’s not in the office she enjoys spending time with family and pets, reading, cooking and travelling anywhere with a beach.
